Information for Authors
Until March 19 April 9, 2018 – participants register for the conference, https://mmet.eltech.ru
Until May 31, 2018 – the authors upload the papers, as well as a file with the information necessary for placement in the RINC, in their personal account at the conference site. The papers must follow the two-column A4 format of an IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings. In the title of the file write down: the name of the author who is making a presentation_the first word of the title of the paper_English, for example: Petrov_Problems_eng, – in .doc format.
Please note that limit of pages for one paper is 4.
In the name of the file with the information required for placement in the Russian citation index, write down: the name of the author who is making the presentation _the first word of the title of the paper _info, for example: Petrov_Problems_info, – in the format .doc.
Until June 14 June 26, 2018 – submitted papers will undergo peer review. The Organizing Committee will send a response confirming the acceptance of the paper for publication.
Until June 20 July 2, 2018 – after receiving confirmation, authors should pay an organizational fee and download a receipt for payment in their personal account at the conference site.
Until June 20 July 2, 2018 – the authors upload IEEE Electronic Copyright Transfer Form in their personal account at the conference site. In the title of the file write down: the name of the author who is making a presentation_the first word of the title of the paper_IEEECopyrightForm, for example: Petrov_Problems_ IEEECopyrightForm, - in .pdf format.
Until June 24, 2018 – please send an e-mail confirmation of the arrival of speakers and co-authors at the conference to nw.mmet@mail.ru. This is necessary for registration of passes to the territory of SPSIT.
ATTENTION! The submitted paper must meet the following requirements for it to be indexed by Scopus through publication in the IEEE Xplore:
- One of the authors is a member of the IEEE.
- The paper should be presented at the conference.
- One author can not publish more than 2 papers.

In the copyright form it is necessary to fill in the fields "TITLE OF PAPER", "COMPLETE LIST OF AUTHORS" and "IEEE PUBLICATION TITLE".
